Version: 1.0

Vranya Globaltech (“Vranya“, “we“, “us“, or “our), including its affiliated entities and business operations, is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of Personal Data entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, transfer, protect, and dispose of Personal Data when you visit our website, communicate with us, use our services, engage with our business, apply for opportunities, or otherwise interact with Vranya.

As a global enterprise technology organization operating across Europe, the United Kingdom, India, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC, we recognize that privacy requirements may differ between jurisdictions. We therefore apply appropriate privacy and security principles based on the nature of the information, the services involved, the applicable law, and our contractual obligations.

Personal Data We Collect

Depending on your relationship with Vranya, we may collect information such as your name, business email address, telephone number, company name, job title, business address, professional information, account details, communication records, service requirements, and other information you voluntarily provide.

When you use our website or digital services, we may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, access times, referring website, approximate location, log information, and security-related events.

When providing enterprise technology, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, ITAD, or professional services, information may also include technical contacts, asset identifiers, system information, support records, configuration information, service tickets, infrastructure logs, and other information required to deliver the contracted service.

We ask that you do not provide sensitive Personal Data through general website forms unless it is specifically required for the relevant service or relationship.

How We Collect Information

We may obtain Personal Data:

  • directly from you when you contact us, submit a form, request a quotation, request support, register for an event, or communicate with our teams;

  • from your employer, organization, customer, supplier, or business partner;

  • from service providers supporting our business operations;

  • from publicly available business or professional sources; and

  • automatically through websites, cookies, logs, and similar technologies.

We seek to collect information that is relevant and reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is being processed.

How We Use Personal Data

Vranya may use Personal Data to provide and manage our products and services, respond to inquiries, manage customer relationships, provide technical support, administer accounts, prepare proposals and quotations, manage contracts, deliver professional services, operate our websites and portals, communicate with customers and partners, process transactions, manage recruitment, maintain security, prevent fraud, improve our services, conduct analytics, comply with legal obligations, and protect our business, customers, personnel, systems, and property.

Where Personal Data is processed on behalf of an enterprise customer, the customer’s instructions and applicable contractual terms may determine the purposes and manner of processing.

We do not intentionally use confidential customer information for unrelated purposes or for training general-purpose AI models without appropriate authorization, contractual permission, or another lawful basis.

Enterprise Technology and Customer Data

Vranya provides enterprise applications, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, data and AI engineering, infrastructure support, third-party maintenance, IT asset disposition, data destruction, and professional services.

In delivering these services, we may process information belonging to or controlled by our customers. In many cases, the customer determines why and how that information is processed, while Vranya acts as a processor, service provider, or equivalent role under applicable law.

Customer data may therefore be subject to additional contractual protections, including Data Processing Agreements, security schedules, Statements of Work, confidentiality obligations, customer instructions, and service-specific requirements.

Where customer equipment is provided for IT Asset Disposition or data destruction, Vranya may handle equipment that contains Personal Data or confidential information. Depending on the contracted service, this may include secure collection, asset tracking, chain-of-custody controls, data sanitization, cryptographic erasure, degaussing, physical destruction, recycling, refurbishment, or resale.

Customers remain responsible for determining their own data retention, preservation, regulatory, and legal requirements. Vranya performs contracted data destruction and sanitization services in accordance with applicable service specifications, customer instructions, security procedures, and applicable law.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or another applicable privacy law requires a lawful basis for processing, Vranya may rely on:

  • performance of a contract;

  • compliance with a legal obligation;

  • legitimate business interests;

  • consent;

  • protection of vital interests; or

  • another lawful basis recognized under applicable law.

Our legitimate interests may include providing and improving services, maintaining cybersecurity, preventing fraud, managing business relationships, protecting systems and information, maintaining records, and administering our business.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to provide essential functionality, maintain security, remember preferences, understand website performance, analyze usage, and support marketing activities where permitted.

Cookies may include essential, functional, analytics, and marketing technologies.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used only after obtaining appropriate consent. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and available cookie preference controls.

Third-party technologies used on our website may be subject to the privacy policies of the relevant providers.

Marketing and Communications

Vranya may use your business contact information to communicate with you regarding our services, technology solutions, events, webinars, industry developments, security information, or other relevant business matters.

Where applicable law requires consent for electronic marketing, we will obtain the required consent.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication or contacting us. We may continue to send essential transactional, contractual, security, or service-related communications where necessary.

Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

We may share Personal Data with affiliated companies, employees, contractors, professional advisers, auditors, legal advisers, technology providers, cloud providers, cybersecurity providers, hosting providers, service providers, ITAD and recycling partners, data destruction providers, recruitment providers, business partners, regulators, government authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies where reasonably necessary.

Third-party providers may process information on our behalf where required to provide services or operate our business. Where appropriate, we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Personal Data.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory requirement, legal process, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Personal Data may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction.

International Data Transfers

Vranya operates internationally, and Personal Data may be processed or transferred between countries in which we, our affiliates, customers, or service providers operate.

Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, we seek to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, UK transfer mechanisms, contractual protections, transfer assessments, or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Where customers require specific data residency or sovereignty arrangements, applicable requirements may be addressed through contracts, Data Processing Agreements, service specifications, or technical controls.

Our cybersecurity and managed security operations may involve processing security logs, authentication events, network telemetry, endpoint information, threat intelligence, indicators of compromise, vulnerability information, incident records, and other information necessary to identify and respond to security threats.

Where appropriate, our security practices may incorporate Zero-Trust principles, least-privilege access, identity-based controls, continuous verification, network segmentation, privileged access management, and security monitoring.

No information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users and customers should also maintain appropriate security controls and promptly report suspected security incidents.

Data Retention

Vranya retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Retention may depend on contractual requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, accounting requirements, security needs, dispute resolution, audit requirements, customer instructions, litigation holds, and applicable limitation periods.

When Personal Data is no longer required, we seek to securely delete, anonymize, destroy, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.

Backup systems may retain information for a limited period as part of business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

To protect Personal Data, we may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.

Where Vranya processes information solely on behalf of a customer, you may need to submit your request directly to that customer. Where appropriate, Vranya will provide reasonable assistance to the customer in responding to valid privacy requests.
